2025 Graduation Ceremony

PROGRAMME

2:30 pm: Glaz Arena doors open
- welcome of graduates and their guests
- time for graduates to get dressed (a gown, cap and scarf will be loaned to you for the ceremony, they must be returned before 8:30 pm)
- collection of Gala wristbands (mandatory to board the shuttles - no wristbands will be distributed on the Gala site)
4:30 pm: Start of the Graduation Ceremony, stage appearance of all graduates, by programme. (Glaz Area
doors close)
6:45 pm: Cocktail reception
8:30 pm: End of cocktail reception - shuttles depart to the gala (from Glaz Arena) - Glaz Arena site closes

VIGIPIRATE PLAN

Access to the Glaz Arena without an invitation or QR code will be refused.
All access to the Château d'Apigné without a Gala wristband will be refused (no wristbands will be distributed at the château).

Each graduate can invite up to 3 accompanying persons to the Graduation Ceremony.

You will receive your official letter of invitation to support your visa application.
